WP4: Collection and
storage of semen
The objective of WP4 is to undertake the practical work to
cryopreserve semen of HSBs in Europe.
It will be the first time that such an action will be organised in
collaboration with different countries and co-ordinated across the
EU. WP4 will use results of WP3 to ensure use of the most effective
methodologies with respect to quality and cost. Dissemination of the
outputs of WP4 methods, breeds and strategies will be stored in the
database developed in WP5.
